It all ended with a bad plan.  My fundraising dinner/ silent auction / concert was going to be my big break.  I was going to donate a couple of paintings to the silent auction and then invite everyone I know.  The idea was that after they got a sampling they would all want more and I would give them my information and the rest of the paintings I could earn a proffit from.  However, things don't always work out as planed particularly when you don't invite anyone to come.  Well actualy I did invite some folks but nothing happened and the deadline for tickets quickly arived.  I decided that I would take my girlfriend for a fancy dinner instead however, after I baught two $50 tickets I began thinking that perhaps she wasn't realy interested in all the hoopla so I started looking for a buyer again for my two tickets.  I couldn't find anyone to go and at the last minut I asked her wich realy kills the romance, especialy after she saw me called everyone I knew. The real trouble was trying to convice her of the fact that I actualy had baught them for us to go.  Lesson learned.  She didn't believe as redily.  Michael
